About Me
When
asked why she had gone into the TV industry, Oprah answered that to her, it
felt as natural as breathing. For me, that is writing. I've been entranced by
words my whole life, and began reading when I was 3 years old. My spare time is
spent reading and writing, and that's why I chose to become a full time writer
and editor. My passion for good writing is innate, it's automatic, and I find
it deeply fulfilling. The very work I would be doing for you is what I would
naturally gravitate toward. While I haven't formally studied writing, I have
spent a great deal of time learning about it over my work career. I've read
roughly 75 books this year, covering areas like math, psychology, theology,
history, economics and other more obscure genres. I cast my mental net very
wide, and because of that I think I have quite a novel perspective to bring to
the table. I'm drawn to any work that offers me variety, and the chance to play
with language daily.
